Ciao Hotel Special Oriental Belly Dancing Workshop & Festival (6 days / 5 nights)
Introduction:
The workshop is for women only but you may bring your partner or hubby. They can keep themselves busy with diving, snorkeling, wind surfing and much more - whilst you get to have all the fun.
To the ancient Egyptians, dance was an essential part of their culture. People from every social class were exposed to music and dancing. The laborers worked in rhythmic motion to the sounds of songs and percussion, and street dancers entertained passers by. Dance troupes were available for hire to perform at dinner parties, banquets, lodging houses, and even religious temples. Some women from wealthy harems were trained in music and dance. Today, Egypt is considered by many modern dancers to be the source of belly dance.
Belly dance tends to use all the muscles more evenly and develop a general fitness, increases the loading on the hip joint, knees and ankles in a safe way, strengthen abdominal muscles, thighs and buttocks.
